1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Subscription Program ("Subscribe & Save")

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current market price.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If a payment fails, shipments will be paused until billing is updated.

Return and Refund Policy

No Returns on Consumables Due to the consumable nature of our products and for the safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee or supplement products once they have been shipped. This applies to both opened and unopened bags.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right. Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date via your account dashboard.
